How does Explosive Rounds work exactly?
Can anyone help explain how exactly explosive rounds work in the game. Advantages and disadvantages. Thx

It takes away about 1/3 of your damage on your actual target, and hits with about half of that 1/3 on everything around with kinetic damage. They're useful in the abyss and nothing but the abyss. A DPS down and can easily be outmatched by anything else
