EDIT: It's a one-hit to Oracles on hard and it's a very rare drop; more rare than an exotic in the chest.
EDIT: Don't argue about it being a one-hit on hard or not. just say you have the wonderful, one-hitting, trophy, fusion rifle.

It was the last VoG gun I needed. Got it, the timepiece and a Jellyhorn all in the same raid. Was a timeless vault run I must say.
