EDIT: It's a one-hit to Oracles on hard and it's a very rare drop; more rare than an exotic in the chest.
EDIT: Don't argue about it being a one-hit on hard or not. just say you have the wonderful, one-hitting, trophy, fusion rifle.

Have had over 30 VOC, Epilogues, and found verdicts but only 1 Hezen Vengence...long after having 6 or 8 HOC and 2 Gallys, 4 Truth and Dragons Breath so not a big deal I was set for rockets !

Got one. Love it for oracles. But it's only OHK if you act fast enough.

I had 2, broke one down. Definitely ohk oracles on normal. Also have 1 time piece.
