EDIT: It's a one-hit to Oracles on hard and it's a very rare drop; more rare than an exotic in the chest.
EDIT: Don't argue about it being a one-hit on hard or not. just say you have the wonderful, one-hitting, trophy, fusion rifle.

I got that and the Fatebringer and loved it (only because it was a hand cannon). Weeks later, I hear all this talk about the Fatebringer and the Foil, turns out I had the guns that were very rare and that everyone wanted, and I didn't even know.

Lol I was in a party with this guy who had just about all the VoG weapons and this is one of the ones he needed. Needless to say I got both it and fatebringer in one go :P He didn't need fatebringer but I wanted it.
