I got it today!!! Sign here if you have acquired this trophy of the Vault of Glass. :)
EDIT: It's a one-hit to Oracles on hard and it's a very rare drop; more rare than an exotic in the chest.
EDIT: Don't argue about it being a one-hit on hard or not. just say you have the wonderful, one-hitting, trophy, fusion rifle.

I Love my Praetorian Foil. One Hit on Oracles normal and Hard and one hit in Crucible from Range as well... Can't wait till its upgraded Hail Hail Praetorian Foil
