They haven't been stationed here but they phase through space and time at will and for as long as humanity has existed people have mysteriously gone missing without a trace. The worst thing the vanguard could do would be to facilitate panic so their stories are rated T, perhaps the grim reality is not. Either way I appreciate the compliment guardian.
