That stat is off of my Monte Carlo. But shall i compare to HC's? or Pulse? HC's i see, so you hit 10% more accurately with HC's then I do with a High RoF low impact Auto? I wouldn't be trying to put me down, especially without looking at yourself.
Scouts are your second most used by the way, the stat is very valid. (Over 9,000 kills)
