Issue with hand cannon power mostly comes through the 3 exotic hand cannons. All 3 of them outclass any normal hand cannon by a huge amount. The regular hand cannons take more skill though. And they will be more precise. Never figured out how people snipe with last word though. Not an exotic i can use.
