Gjallarhorn Drop Rate
Hey guys!
I have finally received my first Gjallarhorn this week from Crota normal.
Ever since, I have seen Gjallarhorn everywhere. I even finished a Crota hard checkpoint with 5 people having this rocket launcher equipped.
We see the people that are asking for this weapon every week from Xur and from RNG. Even though we say this gun is one of the rarest exotics, I honestly think it is not.
What do you think ? Is Gjallarhorn rare or not ?

Played since day one and just got one today from nightfall I have multiples of all exotics except ghorn. Hawkmoon and monty carlo

5 RepliesI have 900+ hours for the game and I still don't have it. I've seen a kid with 36 hours logged and he had one.

I've seen 27's I've carried through crota and nightfalls get it and ask what is it and I've deleted characters and leveled them back in a day and still haven't gotten one. Probably totaled a good 600-650 hours as well. Just deleting characters and re-leveling them.

It is just as rare as every exotic think of the other exotics you don't have yet you have the same chance of getting any of those

I've been seeing a lot more lately than I usually do with Gjallarhorn or maybe I've just been paired up with everyone who has one

I have 3 of them 3 characters but 1000+ hours of gameplay do all the raids and weeklys every week and got first one about 800 hours or so. But there are people who still have more time then me and dont have it. You can call it random I guess.

I've seen it drop so much nowadays so I think they increase the drop rate
