Bungie doesn't reply to the things that are actually important. I see them on pointless posts like difference between Xurned and earned, but not on something that effects the game.. Seems to show that they don't really pay attention to us.
I would bet at least one of the bungie employees have read this but passed up the opportunity to actually give feedback.

I support you all the way on this, I want justice. At first the thought the 2.5% damage reduction would be nothing, but until I heard that High impact, low rate of fire ARs were nerfed by 13.7% I lost it.
