It's logic. Do you think that they are going to pull back the grain of ammo they use IRL for the military because "they are killing bad guys too fast" no. So what if in pve someone just sprays and prays. It's getting the job done or they run out of ammo faster. Point being if you nerf the AR in pve your just burning through more ammo even if you are dead accurate. Thanks bungie!
