How does it take more skill to use something else? Especially in PVE, you hit a body shot instead of a crit you hit 1/3 damage with auto. Scout rifle is around 1/2, it takes more skill to hit more head shots with an AR than a Scout. Look at grimoire stats, I'm not lying to you.
