The auto rifle nerf has made me play more with my MIDA and I'm falling in love with it again. I can compete at mid-range with auto rifles using it now where before I'd get bullet spammed to death by the noob Suros users.

Isn't that the opposite of the point? Scout rifles shouldn't be winning against auto rifles at mid range.

Against a skilled player you are right. Against some of these noobs that suck at chaining head shots absolutely a skilled scout rifle user should be able to beat a bullet spammer.

That goes for anything though. Balance needs to be based on equal skill. When two players with equal skill face off at mid range, the scout rifle user has no business winning.
