You know, I would be proud to see people improving on a game that requires a lot of time for really nice items. Even doing weekly, night falls, raids, etc. they still can work for it. I think you are just assuming that anyone that isn't a level 30 or higher just gets free things. Never know if someone worked on vanguard gear and got support from friends.
