Removed from game world error.
Anyone else seeing a lot of these errors? I been trying to complete a weekly heroic all day and I keep getting booted randomly. Never had ANY network issues prior to the 1.1.1 patch. Nothing else has changed so I guess something new has been introduced by the patch. I've never done a heroic and have been really close several times and then boom - gone. I apologize to my fellow team members - it ain't my fault.

I might have been having the same issue. I was in a raid and was just returned to orbit, it said that I just left the fireteam, which I wouldnt do in the middle of the game. Then i went to the tower and while I was switching somethings around in my vault it happened again, just returned to orbit without any error codes. Tried going to the tower once more with the same result. Played for awhile today with no issue though, hopefully it wont continue to happen to me tmw.
