1, The ghost is definitely gone for me, I check back intermittently and after every patch. 2, I can't be certain if I got a pop up when I collected the ghost as it was so long ago. 3, I picked up the ghost in the very early days. Whether that was in the alpha/beta , the first week after launch or a combination of the 3 I cant be sure. I can post a video showing the area where the ghost is supposed to be if that helps.
