Outlaw is a pretty good perk for scouts, but I don't like explosive rounds and the tri-perk on yours isn't very good. I'm still supper jelly, I'd probably just keep the single point sling on it and use that. I have two Badger CCLs and neither had firefly, but given the lack of customization and ability to work toward a gun, I"m not holding my breath that I will get one.
