Can anyone from Bungie confirm that Juggler disables your ammo from refilling when you are completely out? Sources to official information also welcome. Thank you!

The Trojan Horse

It does, at least I have 27 friends saying it does in about 254 cases. After all, juggler is meant to stop easy ammo recovery.
