Developer Open House - Subclasses
I was hoping some light could be shed on how the current subclasses came about, and what the future holds for them.
Will there be new subclasses coming to Destiny?
Will the current subclasses be expanded upon?
Most games have the ability to play with four people, each in their own unique role. Why is Destiny different? Was there a fourth guardian class?
How did class items come about?

I personally would like to see the Titan and warlock classes filled out with blade wielding supers. Obviously the sub-classes would fill out the missing elemental damage type for each class. I'm thinking a massive flaming greatsword for the Titan and maybe some kind of arc staff weapon for the warlock, but that's just me. I think the blade wielding mechanics for the game are really fun and pretty cool so it would be great to see an extension of that for the other classes.
