RNG and Xurning are equivalent in "earning", even though both are based off of luck. Plus, I challenge you to tell me an actual "epic story" about how you got an exotic. And "I killed this guy and pop I got an exotic" doesn't count.

I wrote a literal story of how I got my first Exotic, the Ice Breaker, when Bungie originally made that statement, and you know what that two page story boils down to? "I killed a thrall and it dropped an engram." Is that the riveting story Bungie wants me to have for my Exotics? Now, I can agree, Xur as is could use some work, considering I have 150 coins and don't need anymore primaries, meaning I won't ever spend more than 17 coins on anything until HoW comes out. But using Bungie's excuse of "Having an epic story for your equipment" is just bull, because it doesn't work. Even things like the Vex, because all those boil down to the same thing, beating Atheon.

Hey you jerk what about the people who did grind all that stuff and didn't get any exotic drops still...you need to read Dr. Seuss book "sneeches" maybe then you'll learn having exotics doesn't make you better than anyone. Why not have the most players possible with these great guns, share the fun and they can be more helpful in end game content the better weapons they have. Be Excellent to each other.

I'm sorry but there are far too limited options to get Exotic gear. You have 3 nightfall chances or exotic engrams. I've played everyday since release did every nightfall and raid. Just got saint 14 yesterday

This guy is dumb....... however from my personal experience I remember and cherish the drops more than xur buys. Its the kinda stuff like killing death singer on hard and having ghorn drop or me and one bro still alive for atheon hard kill and getting that vex. Weird but I cherish those weapons more. I still buy shit tho. Lol
