The Necro sucks anyways, maybe the second worse gun in the game. But it would more be like is Xur sold the Gjallarhorn, being the best weapon, hands down, in the game. Hell I got it from a crucible drop and everyone can't believe that I got it from that. Heart of Praxic Fire is nice, only if you are a sunsinger and not a voidwalker.
