The tower will become redundant.
Don't worry I don't think it actually will, but I think it's strange how Bungie are now adding all these features that make going to the tower less necessary. A new menu section for viewing reps, an app update to manipulate the vault, and rumours of a new social area. See where I'm going with this?

i thing bungie just drop the ball on the tower, before destiny even came out bungie showed us clipart of a tower that looked like a city not a truck stop or in our case ship stop have the fallen attack the city a story line in the city SOMETHING

I think they should eliminate orbit and go straight from the tower to missions and missions send you straight back to the tower afterwards. It would eliminate the extra loading screen which is what the players hate anyway

All level 32+ activities are going to be relocated to the reef. There will be a new cryptarch. Their will be a new vanguard QM, with a new rep grind. Like: Elite Vanguard QM, starting a faction level zero. Similar with all other factions. Or the vanguard QM won't have anything new, but their will be a new, separate marks vendors for vanguard and crucible marks once you've ranked them up. New bounties since you won't need to grind the old bounties anymore.

1 ReplyIt's what the community as a whole has been asking for since day 1. Going to the tower is always a hassle, now i basically just need to go there to get my bounties, turn in my bounties and to see xur
