Has anyone run into any of the collectable dragon balls? Or know how to get them?

You can only get them from parallel quest the easiest one is quest number 2 after you beat the first three guys don't go to the next area look to see if there is another guy there if there is challenge them to a fight when you beat them two messages will be on the screen one is a material and the other one is a key item but it doesn't always happen that quest is just the easiest but you can do it with any parallel quest.

Have you collected all of them yet? I just have one left and it's the 4 star dragon ball. I played that mission on repeat for about an hour and a half last night and an hour today and yet it won't drop. Have you had problems or does RNG just hate me right now? I have also taken multiple breaks and went back to grinding but still no key item drop. Sad time.

Oh then what was it? Also, quest 18 for the dude. Do you mean he spawns in the very beginning of the game where captain ginyu goku is? Or in one of the teleport areas?

Yeah he will be in the beginning area in the back and if the picture doesn't show up go on Google Image and type in dragon ball z journey of the west out and look for a picture with goku and piccolo in the background with the power poll.

Is there a certain level cap for the dude to come and challenge you? I have retry it a bunch of times in a row and this dude never shows up but I remember him being there almost every time when I first started the game. Any clue?

No its just really random I was lucky because I have 5 of the seven but lately whenever he or she shows up in get two materials I read somewhere that it can take up to seven hours to get them all.
