Current posts on DestinyLFG.com:
"havent got the cp plz inv i got ice breaker, gally horn, seros, red death, bad juju, vex plz inv"
"Please invite.experienced.. Have gally.."
"32 with mic and ghorn"
"looking for talented group got gally and icebreaker"
-------- So you're probably wondering, why is this guy posting? What's with the quotes?
1. Having a gally doesn't make you good. In fact, a lot of cocky men and women who have a gally suck balls. It doesn't guarantee greatness. Gjalahorn doesn't mean that you have experience, coordination, knowledge, maturity, humor, etc... List goes on.
2. It definitely does not mean you have talent. I guarantee that I could kick the asses of many people who have a gally, and I use Hunger of Crota, which in my opinion, is just as good (no I don't have Gally).
3. Xur is never going to sell Gjalahorn, so quit whining on the Internet and in-game about wanting him to. He usually sells crap like "No Land Beyond" or "Ice Breaker" (which are the ones he has sold multiple times recently. I love ice breaker, but I don't want 10 of them), so just don't expect anything.
So can we stop pretending that Gjalahorn is the best weapon in the game and come to terms with reality (as much as we can in a video game)?
Don't get me wrong, I play destiny and I have fun, but when people are constantly ranting on the forums and in-game and on destinylfg about how "you must have gjalahorn" -- well let me tell you something, son, I easily beat crota with hunger of crota. No one needs a gjalahorn. ;)
