The problem with the Nightfall is people go in expecting unreasonable rewards. Play for the sake of playing and you'll be surprised how much happier you'll be. As for my team this morning on one run, I scored an Icebreaker, another player got Truth, and the third player got Red Hand. So I'd say my team did really, really well.
