I'm looking forward to completing the nightfall this week. Why?
1. Thank Christ it's not Omnigul.
2. No burns actually make the strike challenging and more interesting.
3. It provides a bit more of exclusiveness for the players who are actually skilled enough to complete the strike with having to rely on a specific kind of weapon or have a buff.
Just wanted to put a little bit of positive feedback on the forum, but as I'm sure there will be some form of criticism, I'm interested to know what that is and why some people have posted that a no burn nightfall is "disrespectful."
More difficult? Yes. Disrespectful? What the f*ck? Remember, the rewards are supposed to be for the ones skilled enough to obtain them, not an easy handout.
Edit 1: Obviously I know that actual in game skill has nothing to do with the drops people get. What I meant by "being skilled enough to obtain them" was that people need to have enough skill to complete the challenge.
Edit 2: This post was never about the kind of loot that people actually obtain through the nightfalls. My original question was why people think it's disrespectful to create a difficult strike when the game is all about completing difficult tasks for a chance at good loot.
I'm not an idiot, I know the RNG sucks in Destiny. Im just curious as to why people want to bypass the actual gameplay to obtain them. (cheesing, easy strikes that can be done quickly, etc.)
As much as I hate doing this strike, I really love the action in the strike
