So I am sure that me, like a lot of you players, do not have the ever elusive Gjallarhorn. It is without a doubt, the most powerful weapon in the game and can make raiding 10x easier. While it is entirely a RNG based drop, I can't help but wonder why some people are rewards much more generously than others. I have put about 800 hours into the game, and I still love it. But it just makes me wonder what kind of luck I have had. I really wish there were a system that keeps track of all the gear and weapons you don't have, and the longer you go without acquiring them, the greater of a chance you have of getting it. I consistently am at the top of the leaderboard in every playlist: Raids, Strikes, Crucible, Weeklys. It frustrates me a bit that with all of this time out into the game, I still do not have the weapon I have wanted for so long. I am sure that I will get it, but come on Destiny, I have friends that have had 2, 3, 4, 5 Gjallarhorns drop for them. Oh well, the grind continues. Try to have a positive attitude. Complaining will not help you out, and you will find yourself not enjoying the game. If you still do not have the Gjallarhorn, just try to be patient. You will eventually get it. (btw, u did a nightfall with one of my friends with less than 100 hours and he got the Ghorn) Gjallarhorn-less guardians, Have Faith! Your time will come!
