If you can handle the 7 round mag it's not terrible, with the incoming range nerf on hand cannons it might be nice to have a range buff.
I'm all about Outlaw and field scout personally.
If you are short on motes you could always just reroll it next banner.

Well that's why I have flared magwell to combat the 7 round mag lol 7 rounds to me isn't that bad
