I got return to sender, explosive rounds and who's next. Is that any good or should I re roll it?

Reroll. Try to go for outlaw, perfect balance and or field scout, crowd control. It's a monster.

That's what mine has, I got it on my first re-roll during last IB. I've burned a lot of motes trying to get it on my other two though.
