The vendor one is a POS, I'm still hoping to get one with better perks from a package as I've tried using the vendor version in both PVE and PVP and it just seems to not be that good. Honestly I think its mainly because I hate the standard scopes that come on the vendor one.
That one you got from the Nightfall sounds like my roommate's Shadow Price he got from an engram, Field Scout and Third Eye, it was a 42 round monster and he still wrecks in PVP with it.
