Two hits will not kill you. Three will on the spot. OnLY way you die to dot is if you are already damaged. Or the two of you are playing duck duck goose.
The gun works well and so do many others.

Two headshots are death with a fully levels thorn. Any guardian. Mines not even fully leveled and only 32s barely squeak by in Iron banner.

No gun is broken. See here history 101, the Russians nurfed the AK-47 because it was killing to many people. Hence thorn need to be nurffed.
