Nice! Any bumps on the way? Rough patches?

3:45 before I am below the 3 hour mark. Trying to avoid The Ark, the scarab part completely kills my run. I'll probably do Halo because I know I get it that done faster because I lost a few minutes when I had did it earlier. I accidentally jumped off from the top floor of the control room enterance and had to walk all the way back up again, and I messed up once on the warthog run but I can fix that too. Did Cortana in 15:10 first go, pretty proud of that. Tsavo highway is a nightmare to speed run. So many random elements to it.

Nice. What random elements are on the Highway? And how can you skip The Ark?

Turrets are randomly in certain spots. The Wraiths at the end are sometimes super aggressive so if you get past them (which you can safely) they chase you down the rest of the road to the end really annoying. Marines might destroy the choppers which make the rest of the level easier to do. The end of the mission can be triggered earlier but it doesn't always work. Tried to get better times on other missions. Ended up doing The Ark anyways. Did it in 28 minutes which got me at 2:50:19 for the clear time. :)
