That's what I was thinking too, but he usually doesn't interfere, he just dicks around. But yeah. He is more powerful, because he's a dimension above Luther.

Valid point. Those 5th dimensional guys are the only ones who exist on a plane higher than Luther's. They don't usually engage in 3rd dimensional combat, or interfere in their affairs though.
