This includes fantasy and sci-fi.
My choice is the Combine.
A multi-universal species from half-life so absolutely immense and powerful that they reverse-engineered earth's technology, upgraded far beyond human ability, brainwashed some humans and had them invade themselves. They did this and stomped all resistance within 7 hours. This was done by a backwater lesser combine city mind you.

Cabal
-
Deathless from infinity blade, just one (Galath the Worker of Secrets) turns the entire earth to glass then brings life back to earth. Not to mention cross breeding species space travel and other insane tech

Edited by OPs Mother: 4/28/2015 4:26:37 PMMost OP race besides combine are the precursors/flood
-
The Flood from halo Parasite that with one single spore could wipe an entire race. Essentially, space nukes known as halo rings were built to eradicate the flood and its food source.
-
The vex and let me tell you why because there are vex that can rewrite time such as gorgons but they are most likely not even that strong atheon is basically a manager at a vex store on Venus obviously the vex don't originate on Venus hell they probably have even stronger vex on mercury or any other planet they been to and mars they keep the cabal buisy on the surface while seeding the planet like the hive did to the moon and eventually the hive and vex will fight over earth and the moon there are are vex that came before and after atheon there are vex who pray in the black garden to something immensely powerful why else would a super smart race pray at all there are vex all around the universe and they can teleport and a moments instance across the galaxy they could've sent more vex to save atheon but they determined he wasn't worth it because there are vex leading the show they are real leaders and most likely your spartan with a magnum or sayian would get shit on by the leader of the vex
-
The Combine from Half-Life and the Precursors from Halo are the most OP things ever conceived.
-
Transtechs, transformers which have ascended above war and control the interdimensional hub axiom nexus
-
The Precursors from Halo are the most powerful I know of.
The Precursors created all the sentient life in (at least) all the galaxies for 10 to the power of lots and lots light years. And they are/created the Flood.
-
Precursors. 100 billion year old manipulators of matter. They can create universes ad parallel dimensions at will. Their Star Roads make the HALO array look like a firework. They can't die, only be reborn into a different form. And they are also the Flood.

Ur mom
-
Im saying timelords 1. Time travel and invented black holes (don't ask me how, they did, somehow.) 2. Bigger on the inside technology 3. Can regenerate
-
The vex Super advanced tech so awesome that they van be in any single timeline at any moment. They can Teleport and have a seemingly endless army. Also, they turned mercury into a machine in days, so they pretty much win

Someone that can alter time and space. Never mess with them. Unless you're kratos.
-
The Teletubbies.
-
Elites
-
As fictional one could see them all as powerless.
-
Sayains probably. Seem to have unlimited potential. Power grows every time they are severely hurt Hard to say if it is all the Sayains or just a select few that are the exception to be severely strong or severely weak
