No its just more consistent, especially in crucible. Always get fast reload or sometimes get a fast reload... I sometimes used flared magwell and specific gauntlets as well so im reloading all the time.

I disagree and agree,land your crits and outlaw reloads 30% faster than feeding frenzy and it is much better in PVE as crit shots against AI are easier than pvp where I agree that it would be more consistent.
