After spending over 30 motes to get the "perfect" Timur's lash, I was brutally disappointed to find out the Return to sender upgrade doesn't function as described. It reads, "Kills with this weapon grant bonus ammo, directly to the magazine." In reality, it doesn't. Only on very rare random occasions does a kill give 1 extra ammo. Please either make the upgrade function as described "bonus ammo for every kill" or change it to read "Kills with this weapon *have a chance* to grant bonus ammo...", so some poor fool like me doesn't waste 30 motes again. :(
