hey i just finished this bounty. instead of running the actual nightfall, hop on your sparrow and go to the building where you start the devil's lair strike. the adds in there are lvl 30 and count toward the bounty. i went all the way to the walker and the adds were still 30 there. if you die, you will respawn on the spot as well (rather than being kicked to orbit). the modifiers still apply as well. you can also hit up the lunar complex building (in the mothyards), and the room where the target bounty always is in the divide area as well. good luck
