"People these days"
Whenever I hear about things like the Tampon girl, or the more recent Dog girl, I hear people say things like: "this generation is so messed up," or "what is the world coming to?"
But is anything really changing?
Are these things actually increasing in occurrence, or are we just hearing about them more and more because of the rise of social media and the internet?

"This generation is too dependent on smartphones" My response: Your generation didn't have smartphones at all!
