Why not create or section off a part or room in the tower as a "staging area". Guardians looking to do the Crota raid can go and stand in this area and guardians looking to do VOG can stand in a different area. Its more of a physical match making. Even something as simple as some tape on tower floor with a sign that says VOG will do it. It will at least eliminate ppl having to type usernames and send messages to see if random ppl are interested in raiding.
