Could you get ads on the page of your story so you can generate money from writing them? (Or no because it's about games/info that companies own?)
Just in the first page of your 99k halo story I see several mistakes (missing words, bad phrasing) but the story element and flow is amazing. If you could get yourself an editor it would be perfect.

It's one of those catch 22 things where if I were being published there would be an editor to help clean it all up---but without having it cleaned up it's hard to get published. And I mean, I don't exist according to any of these companies so there's that. It's be [i]cool[/i] to make some money off of it, sure. But it's impossible to get in to write for these companies unless you've won a few awards or otherwise are highly visible to begin with. Maybe one day. In the meantime, you make a great point; the Halo novel was written/planned/edited by only one person (and some help from a few friends). With a professional editor's touch, could be awesome. One day! You seem to have a keen eye, though. If you get a chance, read through the rest of it and let me know what you think! Always looking for feedback. (I'm one of those wierdos who actually likes it.)
