Guardians bar
During Destiny, guardians will be busy doing all your upgrading and shopping whilst some just sit there in the tower (literally) doing nothing. I get sometimes people wait there for a fire-team invite but their should be a dedicated place for them to "sit and wait". I have noticed in the tower hanger there is a sort of bar area that serves no point. I reckon it should be turned into a large actual bar with a bartender ( and maybe he can sell drinks that give long lasting buffs for battle) with actual purposeful sofas/ couches.
So I ask,
Would it be a good idea if an actual operational bar started with purchasable buffs, where that empty useless spot is at the hanger?

4 RepliesDefinitely, and you can't have a bar without a Dance Floor. You will also need a Juke box so you can pay with Glimmer for your favorite song. The list includes a duet by Cayde-6 and Ikora Rey, classics from the Smashing Titans and who could forget the old sweeper bots string quartet.

1 Reply1st off, I totally agree! Put a shooting range in there or something, too. But the bar you mentioned belongs to DeadOrbit. Each faction has a "hangout" place. Future War Cult has that penthouse thingy above DeadOrbit, and New Monarchy has that bonfire with couches.

It's where I send my character when I log off. I always thought a bar or something should be down there.

Yes Please! At the bar it'd be cool if you could have a word bubble or some way to determine you're just chill in but looking for a (Vog, Nightfall, Controlled, ext) Party
