Pratoreaon foil 30+ (I think) raid completions I've seen it twice. Never for me. I've personally had 5 vex and seen it many more times.
People will say: "there is a set drop point for the foil" while this is true it is still super rare. You need the specific place + RNG to get the foil. Any other weapon requires RNG alone.

True but from my experience (5 vex, 5 FB, 3 timepiece, 2 from the same drop I might add) the foil is just so much rarer than any others. I rarely see anyone use it either (same can be said of the timepiece but that's trash, even more now due to the edict).

I had 5 foils they poop dismantled all and timepiece and I kept all 3 fatebringer

Its the only weapon I need from vog (was trying to get 3 of all for my chars and was only them, 1 sniper and 1 corrective short but impossible with the lack if space lol)

Fatebringer is hard templar only. Nabbed it on my second try.

Mine dropped at Templar and a friends at Gatekeepers. Timepiece is also another rare one which many of my friends didn't know existed until I finally got it last week.

Took me a while to get the timepiece then I got 2 at once. It's average but nothing on the edict (as far as pulse rifles go)

It's a pulse rifle so it isn't well known or cared about.
