I have a Badger CCL and Another Nitc both with explosive rounds and firefly. Still need to upgrade those. But I think I will use my Fangs of Ir Yuts and VoC's more often. One of the best legendary scoutrifles they say is Saterienne Rapier. You can buy it from Crucible vendor.
