So now that I have my coffee, I just realized that for Exodus Blue: you're not actually missing it. Those who have reported it missing so far are Xbox-only users and Exodus Blue is a PS exclusive. So unless you are a PS user and you can provide me with a PGCR of you completing a match on the map while the card is missing, it's likely not broken.
