Alpha of One Fate; The Worgen | Chapter 1 Dream of Black Home

Hello my fellow guardians. My name is Warrior! This is my first official posting. I will openly take comments and critiques. I wish to continue this story Dream of Black Home Everything. Everyone. All that exists is born from something. Some are born from mortal flesh while others born of Light and Darkness. Others are born from thought and metal. A metallic form that allows this thing to act in the physical world in accordance to it's creators thought. Everything has a reason for being and will act upon that purpose. Everyone has a goal and dream they wish to fulfill with all the might in their body and abilities they house. The Traveler can not speak for itself, yet some feel it still dreams, and longs to accomplish its own purpose one day should it awaken. The Speaker is the voice for the god-like creation of unknown origin and this is his purpose. To instruct Guardians one what to do on behalf of the Traveler. With the Darkness, Collapse, and erosion of time, the truth behind the Exo have vanished. A collection of existing beings that have no memory of their past functions. They are often called Humanity's Exo children, yet their Human Fathers are long gone. Their creators are dead and these orphans of circumstance stand with a lost purpose. Many are filled with the Light of the Traveler and given the purpose to defend it. To keep the City safe and the fading flame of humanity and it's attachments alive. Yet not everything can be settled so easily and with such little effort. Even though the Exo do not remember what it is they were meant for, their reason for being still ravages their ever-knowing souls. If you wish to call it such a thing. In the darkness of one Exo's mind as the synapses flicker with passing information an image appeared. It unfolded into a dream with both vague and vivid details of black and white. A hand, his own, raised up from beside him. He read it a phrase along it's arm and saw his name, Worgen-1 in faded paint. He then looked to the side to see the full figure. It was him yet also someone else - something else was within him. Worgen could see the white figure of light with a black sore growing from within his chest. This mimic raised a weapon into the air as an army appeared all around they strange and familiar figure. The army was comprised of Cityfolk. Civilians he has seen within the city, Guardians he had fought alongside in his darkest hour. And even against in his darkest night. However all were draped in cloaks of darkness and evil. Before the moment grew stagnant with motionless people, the blackened army moved in towards the Exo. The mimic with a black heart. In a flurry of motions, this image of Worgen fired numerous rounds of lead and fire into everyone with no hesitation. Unable to intervene, Worgen watched the slaughter happen at his feet. Was this an omen or a hidden desire? A nightmare of sorts? Or simply artwork taking a dramatic form within his psyche? As time passed the white battlefield was painted with ebony bodies and blood. Without a shred of opposition remaining, the figure moved along the fresh dead and unloaded a round into each numb body. As it walked forward a tower's silhouette erected from the dead ground. Torn and in ruin this thing filled Worgen with a mixture of nostalgia, confusion and doom. Hidden among these rational feelings was a new and bitter sweet thought. Was there purpose in this construct? Was it his purpose? As he looked up to this mass of shadow and stone a new figure, that of a gray wolf, appeared. With a dominating howl, the sun that illuminated the barren white fields shattered like glass. With the light fading, the wolf ran down the towering image and through the white battlefield now followed by a rushing blackness. The mimic of Worgen stood tall as the wolf and darkness ran towards it. All at once the vision vanished as the Exo's eyes lashed open. The Guardian's breathing spiked as he raised up from the muddy ground of Venus's jungle. Night was already encroaching over the region. "I need to get moving.
