Forgive the delay. I intended to have this chapter out far sooner. Much closer to the release of Chapter 26, in fact, considering the circumstances left to that particular installment. But I feel a stirring excitement might be borne from this chapter. I hope you enjoy it and what will follow. Thank you very much for reading, everyone. As usual, but no less true, I appreciate all reads and reviews made by all readers. And for those of you who have returned, it's good to know you're still sticking this ride out. We're just getting to the good part...

Edited by TigBits: 2/16/2015 2:30:27 PMThe entire conversation between Lukos and the daughter - the direction their conversation was going, and especially that bit about her grabbing his wrists and putting him at arms length - Im very interested to see what becomes of that. What stood out to me was the bit about Lukos' savage nature that Sideros brought up. Until now, we havent really had any indication that Lukos is a savage. Yes, we know he grew up in the wilds and that makes him a savage. But the context used in the story...IDK. To me, that implies something much deeper. Throughout the novel, I cant remember anyone referring to him as a savage. Which screams to me that Lukos will be playing a major role in the "hunt". (awesome line about the wolf too) - And I think the "savage" line will play a deep role with how Lukos is on this hunt as well. We might see him go into another "blood rage" like we saw on mars. If Sideros can somehow curb that rage, or just guide it.... I feel like Lukos is at a crisis moment in his life. Within the past few chapters, we have seen him open up alot more and it was really confusing to him. Putting aside his knee-jerk reaction to it all, he is bonding with his team. I wonder if that bond will get put to the test soon.... Although he is an exo, I feel like there is a pent up, absolute rage building within Sideros - I think we're gonna see his calm, robotic demeanor crack on this hunt. Whether or not this will be a good or bad thing, I believe we will see some genuine emotion from him, possibly even some bonding with his team over it. Or, it could end up being the opposite and push him further away from Shachal... Our favorite couple...Seems like a bit of a rocky road ahead. Will they recover? What secret is she hiding? <---These are questions right now that I really have no idea how it will turn out. Awesome work with that. When I come up with more ill post again ;)
