Driven anew. old

I need advice.

Recently I went out with my friends to a Theatre Production (We are all aspring actors) and it was great! It was alot of fun to attend and hang out with my friends. After all that we went out to eat and hang out.. Well while talking at the restaurant, my two friends were speaking to each other about their future auditions and such (One is a senior, while the other is a junior, and im graduated). Me being the odd one out, I had to listen to there excitement of there upcoming performance and etc. It all made me feel depressed because I didn't have the exact opportunitys to improve while in high school. I was always the one to slack and make not-so-decent grades which killed my chances of taking the same theatre class each year. So I look back and it kinda kills me that I didn't put in the effort which then contributes to me not being able to improve my acting skills. I had to listen to there great futures.. While I have to start at community college this fall and work my way up to a 4-Year college. Its been tugging on me ever since that night and it's kinda hard to deal with.. I wanna be in there position.. I wanna be the guy who has been trained well and doesn't have stage fright.. but thats not me at the Moment. TL;DR My friends have excellent futures awaiting after High School, while I wasted my opportunity to succeed during High School which makes me depressed.
