Wtf? My hand cannon % is only 23( I know that sucks, my main HC kills everything with explosive rounds) while my fusion rifle has 48!

Explosive rounds might steal your precision kills because the explosive damage isn't counted as precision.

It would probably be around 50 it's the only JC I have that's good

fusion rifles don't have precision kills, you must be talking about pulse
