Any way to unglitch a dead ghost? My bf just realized he's missing the Fallen 2 card even though he picked up the ghost way back in Sept and it's not there to pick up again.

Nickel7Dime. I checked destinyghosthunter.net and it says he has the ghost but it's missing in his grimoire.
