If 4 is referring to Gravity -blam!- that movie why would a MEDICAL doctor fix the damn hubble telescope. And why does George Clooney explain to a damn doctor what oxygen deprivation is like?
But to answer you question no billions of lions would not survive an object that can fuse hydrogen into freaking helium
